History: Luna had always been a happy child as she grew up in the country. she had a large lawn that she could run around in and her best friend for a long time was a Great Dane named 'ducky', for a long time you would never see Luna with out ducky. when Luna turned 5 Ducky died, and Luna started to show her powers, so her mother and father began teaching her how to control her powers while they waited for her to turn eleven.
When Luna turned eleven her parents cried as she left knowing that it would be a long time before they will be able to see her. Luna rode the train to Hogwarts and walked into Hogwarts for the first time. when it was Luna turn to be sorted into a house she practically ran up to the hat and sat down to be sorted into her house. it took some time for the hat to talk but when it did it yelled "Ravenclaw!" and Luna just sat there like she was shocked, she had no clue how she had been put into ravenclaw seeing as she had problems keeping her grades up but if the hat said so then she just had to deal with it so Luna got up and sat with her house.

RP Sample: Luna walked down the hall heading to charms hoping that she could get there faster so then she wouldn't be late, but seeing as Luna had slept in she knew that she was already doomed to be late, so Luna decided that she should start to run to get there a bit sooner and not miss as much of the class.
